ETL9.2: Web Clock Time Is Being Displayed As NAN: NAN: NAN, Following UK Daylight Savings Time Change

Symptoms
When the user navigates to "Report Time" page in fluid, the o'clock shown on that page does not displaying time. It's displaying "NaN" instead of the actual time. Noticing this after daylight saving in UK and if an employee’s time zone is GMT.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporter > Maintain Time Reporter Data
Assign the employee to GMT time zone
2. Set Up HCM > Product Related > Time and Labor > Time Reporting > Time Reporting Template > Time Reporting
Time options are disabled on the Punch template Template
3. Login as an employee and navigates to Time tile> Report Time
Result: Webclock displayed time as "Nan : NaN" (not a valid numeric value to display)
