Subitem Details Do Not Show in Person Profile Page When Is Closed Using Cancel Button

Symptoms
Details of SubItem do not appear when Subitem window is closed with Cancel button.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to (Workforce Development > Profile Management > Profiles > Person Profiles ). Pull up a person profile.
2. Click on a competency and add the new content item and subitem. Save.
3. Reopen person profile, open item, open subitem
4. Close subitem window with Cancel button
5. Open subitem again
