Symptoms

After applying tax update 22-D, pay confirm fails with message id 000020: All of the paychecks for a pay calendar have not been calculated and therefore cannot be confirmed. This occurs if one of the pay earnings rows has OK_TO_PAY = ‘N’ and pay calc is run with ‘Only Calc Where Needed’ prior to running pay confirm. If '(Re)Calculate All Checks is selected, the issue does not occur.
