Symptoms
The changed Item Category is not updated when editing the requisition
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : eProcurement > My Requistions
2. Select a requisition and click Edit
3. Edit Special request item
4. Category is XXXXX
5. Change the category to YYYYYY
6. Click Apply and submit
7. Edit the requisition again
8. Edit the special request item
Issue : Original category (XXXXX) is displayed. New category (YYYYYY) is not saved
