Goal

In the current PeopleTools releases, it is not possible to transfer a broken CI's Permission List associations to a new CI that has the same name as the broken one.

The current behavior is that when creating the new CI, if the user enters the same name for the new CI as the broken one, a prompt is provided, asking whether he wants to overwrite the existing definition.
If he selects "Yes", references/associations to permission lists from the broken CI are deleted.

It is desirable to enhance the current behavior, so the user can transfer (keep) the references to the permission lists to the new CI when creating it.
