Symptoms

The Notifications Administration page is not rendered correctly when navigating from Portal.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Integration Hub.

2. Navigate to Content Provider > PeopleTools > Notifications > Notifications Administrator.

3. Observer images on the page can not be displayed.
