How to get "Send Tree Change Message" option as unchecked by default for all trees in Tree Manager?

Under the below navigation the "Send Tree Change Message" option is selected by default.

PeopleTools -> Tree Manager: Tree Change Performance Options settings -
1.) Browse to Tree Manager -> Tree Manager
2.) Select any Tree
3.) Click on "Tree Definition" Link
4.) Click on "Performance Options" Link
5.) In the section "Tree Change Message options", by default the option "Send Tree Change Message" is selected and "Don't send tree change message" option is not selected.

How to get this option unchecked for all Trees so as not to send a “Tree Change Message”?
