Transcript Report 'Send To' Address Shows Incorrect Country Code That is not Associated With the Address (Doc ID 2913026.1)

Symptoms

When running the Request Transcript Report process, the transcripts that print show the 'Send To' address with an incorrect Country Code - one that is different from the expected Country code associated with the entered address. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Set Up Common Objects > Install > Country Address Format.
  2. Query the desired Country.
  3. On the Display and Print tab, check the "Include in Print" box for Country and setup the "Line Number" and "Position Number" fields.
  4. Navigate to Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Transcript > Define Transcript Type.
  5. On the General tab complete the Recipient Print Area field.
  6. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Transcripts > Request Transcript Report.
  7. Enter a student id and click the Send To button.
  8. Enter the Send To address allowing the Country Code to default and click Ok.
  9. Click the Process Request button.
  10. When the process has completed, click the View Report link and note the Country in the 'Send To' address is not the one associated with the rest of the address. 



Changes

The issue occurs after applying fixes in CS 9.2 PUM Image 27.
