Symptoms
On : 8.59 version, Application Engine
After tools upgraded from PT 8.57.11 to 8.59.06, user is not able to put or change a commit frequency setting to an App Engine program Do loop step
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. add a step/action
2. change action to do loop
3. add an action to step,
4. save and reload the AE program
5. frequency become greyed out
