EPY: Why Is the Employee’s Current Paysheet Not Updated With Prior Period Exception Time if an Employee Changes Company Effective Pay Begin Date? (Doc ID 2913286.1)

Goal

The customer pays exception time in arrears.

When an employee changes company on the current pay period begin date, the exception time does not pull through onto the new company pay sheet.

If the customer creates paysheets first, then makes the employee company change, the exception time pulls through (using the Time & Labor load process) onto the old company paysheet and the current pay is on the new company pay sheet.

Is there any way to have the exception time that was performed when the employee was in the old company pulled onto the paysheet for the new company they are in for that current pay period?

example:
Employee reports PTO for pay period 11/6 - 11/19 - this is to be paid in pay period 11/20 - 12/3
Employee moves from company ABC to XYZ on 11/20

The customer would like the PTO reported from 11/6-11/19 to be on the XYZ paysheet and no paysheet created for ABC in the 11/20-12/3 pay period. Is this possible?
