Symptoms
PERSON_BASIC_SYNC message integrated from Campus Solutions to HCM environment, receives an error message.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Ensure Service Operation PERSON_BASIC_SYNC setup and integrated from Campus Solutions to HCM in both environments.
- Then, once student added in Campus Solutions, batch process triggers message PERSON_BASIC_SYNC.
- In HCM environment, PERSON_BASIC_SYNC message is received, but generates an error.
