Bidders Are Not Able To Access The Events They Invited To If The Event Is Not Marked As Public (Doc ID 2913603.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new event and invite specific bidder to bid on that event, bidder sign in but the event is not showing in the Bidding opportunity tile, However if that event is a public event same bidder is able to view and bid on it.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Detail and created a new event.
2. Add in event line item and invite a specific supplier, don't mark the event as public.
3. Post the event.
4. Now sign in as supplier user and navigate to : Home Page > Bidding Opportunity
5. Notice that the event is not showing.
6. Re-do the same steps again but this time mark the event as public event.
7. Now when signing in as bidder the event is showing.
