Getting error message when trying to upload a document to any event type : RFX

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigate to : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details and create a new event.
Choose event type "RFX".
Press on "Event Comments and Attachments Section" section.
Upload any document.
Getting error message.
