Symptoms
Journal Line Descriptions for Journal Generated from subsystem do not use Jrnl Descr defined in Accounting Entry Definition.
For example:
In ARDEFN, Jrnl Descr = 'ITEM';
While, in BIDEFN, Jrnl Descr = 'INVOICE'
Steps to replicate:
1. Navigate to General Ledger > Journals > Subsystem Journals > Accounting Entry Definition, and verify 'Jrnl Descr' field value.
(i.e. for AR = ITEM; for Billing = INVOICE)
2. Navigate to General Ledger > Journals > Journal Entry > Create/Update Journal Entries.
Check generated journal from AR and BI, and see Journal Line Description field.
