Symptoms
When user accesses any tile, including Tools delivered tile (Batch and Integration), first from a Fluid home Page (Developer Home page delivered by PeopleTools), it inserts the below url in PT_PORTAL_MRU table:
If you access the same using tile or Recently used items in Nav Bar or QAB (Quick action bar), the error does not happen.
