Symptoms

On a receipt that's been vouchered, the quantity can be modified using the Moved link to be less than what's been vouchered. Once a receipt has been vouchered, you should not be allowed to modify the quantity.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a requisition for an item for 10 CS of 10 each. (Purchasing-->Requisitions-->Add/Update Requisitions)
2. Ran PO Auto Source to create the PO (Purchasing-->Purchase Orders-->Stage/Source Requests-->PO Auto Sourcing)
3. Navigate to Add/Update POs (Purchasing-->Purchase Orders-->Add/Update POs)
4. Bring up the PO. A PO for 10 CS of 10 each was created
5. Navigate to Add/Update Receipts (Purchasing-->Receipts-->Add/Update Receipts)
6. Receive the PO. Received for 10 CS of 10 each.
7. Navigate to Review Transaction History Page  (Inventory-->Manage Inventory-->Analyze Inventory-->Review Transaction History)
8. Bring up the BU/Item
9. Verified that the receipt was putaway into Inventory
10. Created voucher for 5 CS of 10 each (Accounts Payable-->Vouchers-->Add/Update)
11. Had to manually associate voucher to receipt since it was only for 5 CS not the full 10 CS.
12. Changed associate voucher to receipt 5 CS of 10 each to match voucher
13. Created Voucher.
14. Ran matching to match the voucher  (Accounts Payable-->Batch Processes-->Vouchers-->Matching)
15. After voucher was matched, we went back to receipt and clicked on the Moved link.  (Purchasing-->Receipts-->Add/Update Receipts)
16. Changed the quantity to 40, originally it was 100. Also, 50 was vouchered and matched and allowed the change.
17. Once OK was clicked on the previous page, the receipt was updated to 4. This is under what was matched on the voucher.
