Symptoms

 Unable to use the PeopleSoft delivered Administer Remote Search Group ACM plug-in to combine the PTPORTALREGISTRY indexes from a Content Application and the  Portal application so that

on the Global search bar on Home Page, users can search both registries simultaneously.  Unable to combine search categories into 1 group.
