Symptoms

When a managers goes to the tile "Offboarding Manager Tasks" and attempts to "Save Answers" on the "Manager Tasks - Manager Survey" section they get the below error on the page:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in as a manager and select the tile "Offboarding Manager Tasks". 
  2. Select an OffBoarding Event and enter answers.
  3. Click to "Save Answers" on the "Manager Tasks - Manager Survey" section to see the error.
