EAP: Voucher Header Attachment Page Inserts Blank Row Which Results in Displaying an Incorrect Number of Attachments on the Voucher > Invoice Information Page

Symptoms
User is trying to create a Voucher with multiple attachments. First file is attached to the Voucher without any problems. An error is received attaching the second file since the file name is too long. Even though the second file is not attached, a row is added to the Voucher Header Attachment page with no File Name or Description but the User, Name, and Date/Time Stamp fields populated. The third file is attached to the Voucher without any problems. However, the Voucher > Invoice Information page shows Attachments (3), which is incorrect. It should show Attachments (2) since only 2 Files are attached to the Voucher.
STEPS
1. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Update > Regular Entry
2. Add a new Voucher
3. On the Voucher > Invoice Information page, click the link for Attachments (0)
4. On the Voucher Header Attachment page, click Add Attachment
5. Choose the 1st file and click Upload
6. Click Add Attachment
7. Choose the 2nd file which has a file name that will be too long to upload and click Upload
8. Below error is received:
AddAttachment failed: File name too long (137,55)
Call to AddAttachment method failed because the specified file name was too long.
9. Click OK
10. Notice that a row was added to the Voucher Header Attachment page with no File Name or Description but the User, Name, and Date/Time Stamp fields are populated
11. Click Add Attachment
12. Choose another file with a valid file name and click Upload
13. Click OK to go back to the Voucher > Invoice Information page
14. Notice that it shows Attachments (3), which is incorrect. It should show Attachments (2) since only 2 Files were attached to the Voucher.
