E-SSL: "pskeymanager.sh" Tool Stops Working After JDK Patching (Doc ID 2914655.1)

Symptoms

When executing the 'pskeymanager -list', control comes back to bash without any output. Apart from help, none of the 'pskeymanager' commands are working.

Replication Steps
-----------------------
1. Upgrade JDK used by Web server domain.
2. Navigate to PS_CFG_HOME/webserv/<Domain>/piabin
3. Execute './pskeymanager.sh -list' command to replicate the issue.

Changes

JDK used by WebLogic is upgraded and after that 'pskeymanager' stopped working.
