Symptoms

The Advanced Search on the fluid Find Learning page is not returning results when special characters (such as a hyphen "-") are used.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to ESS fluid home > Learning tile > Find Learning tile.
2. Click on Advanced Search.
3. Do a search using a special character. No results will be returned.
