Symptoms


From Global Search, when click Search Icon, receive an error message. 


Error Messages:

 From Global search;
 Error message: You are not authorized to access this component (40,20)


 If attempt from Find Learning:
 Error Message: Search Exception: recovered [0] indices types (262,2018)

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a Learner

2. Navigate to Global Search field and find any page
3. Receive an error message.
Error message: You are not authorized to access this component (40,20)

Or

2. Navigate to Menu -> Learning Home -> Click Find Learning>
3. Receive an error message.
