Symptoms

Users are unable to perform election entry in On- Demand. When clicking the Election Entry button, the following error occurs:

PeopleCode compile error (Wrong number of parameters. (2,16) ^HBA) for program DERIVED_BAS_PB_ENROLL_ALL.FieldDefault. (2,405)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Administrator navigates to Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Processing.
     2. Open the page for an employee.
     3. Click the Election Entry button.
     4. See the error above,

Applied patch 34111550 - HCM BEN CONFIGURE DEPENDENT RULES FOR LIFE PLANS ENHANCEMENT and all its pre-requisites.
