Goal
Is there a way to automatically default the Qualified Dependent check box (BEN_DEP_APPR field on the DEP_BEN table) on the Update Dependent/Beneficiary page, Personal Profile tab (Navigation: Benefits > Employee/Dependent Information > Update Dependent/Beneficiary) to YES if the Dependent Beneficiary Type is Dependent or Both?
