Goal

Deduction balance for one employee has a wrong benefit plan code attached and negative YTD (-1.00) amount, caused by a wrong benefit plan code loaded via ExcelToCI,.
Could not process an adjustment to zero the balance out but system did not allow to manually override to the wrong plan.
Would it be safe to delete lines from PS_DEDUCTION_BAL table using SQL script?
