Event Line Attachments are not Downloaded if there is Enter Key in the Line Description (Doc ID 2915129.1)

Event Line Attachments are not downloaded if there is Enter Key in the Line Description.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Items > Define Items and Attributes > Purchasing Attributes > 10000
      Update Long Description in two lines data
2. Navigate : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details
      Create an event
      Event Settings and Options
      Add Item 10000
      Invite Bidders
      Post it
3. Login as bidder
      Bid on event
      Upload the file in the line comments
      Submit Bid
4. Login EMPLOYEE portal update end date of the event
5. Navigate : Sourcing > Maintain Evetns > Event Workbench
      Search the event and click Analyze bids of the event
      Click Analyze Line
      Select Download Bidder Attachments
      Select the bidder and click Download
      Unzip the Downloaded file
Issue : Line Folder is not created with files
