No Email Notification In Case Of Awarding Bid, However System Is Sending Notification In Case Of Rejecting the Bid (Doc ID 2915184.1)

Symptoms

System is sending an E-mail notification to bidder in case of the Bid is Rejected, but there is no Email notification in case of Awarding the BID.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to : Sourcing > Maintain Events > Analyze Event , and choose any event.
  2. Choose Bid action : "Reject" and save the page.
  3. Notice an email notification will be sent to bidders.
  4. Now redo the same steps but choose the Bid Action : " Award" and save the page.
  5. No Email notification will be sent to bidder.
