When editing a requisition after it is  submitted for approval below peoplecode error occurs

ERROR

Steps to Reproduce the Issue
1 Employee self-service < eProcurement > Create requisition
2 Add three item using express entry
3 Go to check out and Submit req for approval
4 Edit same requisition
5 Delete line 1
6 Go to “Schedule/Details” of line 2 and change “Ship To” or “Location” or “GL business unit”, then go to line 3
7 When in line 3, go back to line 2. Shows this error message. Cannot go back to line 2.
