The Default Value of Requisition Priority Field Defined on Page & Field Configurator Does Not Work on the Requisition Page. (Doc ID 2915398.1)

Symptoms

The default value of the Requisition Priority field defined in the Page and Field Configurator does not work on the Requisition page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
     1. Create Page and Field Configurator entry for Component PV_MOB_855_CMP
          Navigate : Enterprise Components > Page and Field Configuration > Page and Field Configurator
          Component : PV_MOB_855_CMP
          Market : Global
          Configuration Type : Standard
          Click Add
     2. Enter Description and Add the field PV_MOB_DFLT_WRK.PRIORITY_FLG
     3. Enter Default Value : 1 (High)
     4. Save
     5. Click Map to Portal Registry tab
     6. Select the Navigation and click Apply Configuration
     7. Navigate : eProcurement > Create Requisition 
     8. Click Requisition Defaults
     Issue : Priority is not defaulted to High.
