E-PG/PORTAL: Error "The same component cannot be used for the Main Target Cref and the Dynamic Tile (95,10052)" Seen When Saving a Component on the Main Cref.

Symptoms
Below error is seen when editing and saving a content reference.
1. Select a Pivot Grid from Reporting tools > Pivot Grid > Pivot Grid wizard
2. Navigate to Last page in the wizard use "Publish Tile" feature
3. Navigate to Portal > Structure and Content > Fluid Structure Content > Fluid Pages > (location of new cref)
4. Change the sequence number and click on save

In PeopleTools 8.55 and lower this was an error message and prevented the user from saving the component. With PeopleTools 8.56 and above this is only a Warning and user is not prevented from saving the component on the main Cref.
