ECM 9.2: Cannot Select Map ID to Add On Assign Addenda Parse ID Page For Bank Reconciliation

Symptoms
New Bank Reconciliation Map ID was created using the DEIU Map Definition page but when trying to add the map id to the Assign Addenda Parse ID page, the map id is not available for use.
Steps:
1. Create a new Bank Reconciliation Map ID by copying the delivered Map ID- BANK_RECON_PD_MAP
Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Data Export Import Utility > DEIU Map Definition
2. Open the Assign Addenda Parse ID page and search for the above Map ID
Banking > Administer Reconciliation > Assign Addenda Parse ID
3. See that Map ID is not available.
