ETL9.2: Terminated Employees Continue to Show in Team Calendar After Running Direct Reports Table Build Process

Symptoms
When employees are terminated in Job Data and you run Direct Reports Table Build process, the terminated employee continues to show under Team Calendar.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data an terminate an employee
2. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Direct Reports for Managers > Direct Reports Tables Build and run the process
3. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Team Calendar as manager
4. Result: Terminated Employee still appear in Team Calendar
