Symptoms

When using an assistive technology, such as JAWs, the signout link is difficult to find. The user is unaware that they must navigate to the Actions List menu.

Steps:
1. Login with "Screen Reader Mode Enabled" with an assistive technology (Eg. JAWs)
2. Tab throughout the page and notice that the signout link is difficult to find. The user is unaware that they must navigate to the Actions List menu.
