Symptoms
HTML tags are shown in Email Workspace page when the incoming email has image or embedded .msg in the body of the email
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Activate ERMS by navigate to Set up CRM > Product Related > Multichannel Definition > Email > Define Servers and Security > Batch User Monitor Form
2. Send an incoming email that has an embedded picture such as an image or has an embedded .msg in body of email
2. Wait for ERMS to route email to worklist
3. Go to Correspondence > Search Inbound Emails
4. Open the email. In the Email Workspace page, the HTML tags are shown in the Email message
