Symptoms
Upgrade to 9.2 Image 41, Account Reconciliation
Attachments added via the Recon Workbench can be accessed via the Recon Workbench and via the Approvals tile.
Attachments added via the GL Workcenter can be accessed via the GL Workcenter but not via the Recon Workbench or the Approvals tile - get the below File Not Found error.
Attachments added via the GL Workcenter should be accessible via not only the GL Workcenter but also via the Recon Workbench or the Approvals tile.
