E-KB: Unable To Access Kibana From PIA and the Error Seen in the Gateway Log Files Is “Unable To Find a Routing Corresponding to the Incoming Request Message.” (Doc ID 2915855.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open Kibana from PIA, following error is noticed on the screen:

"org.elasticsearch.common.compress.NotXContentException: Compressor detection can only be called on some xcontent bytes or compressed xcontent bytes: orcl_auth_plugin_exception"

In the Integration gateway PS_CFG_HOME/webserv/<Domain>/applications/peoplesoft/PSIGW.war/WEB-INF/errorLog.html file, the following error is noticed:

"RESTListeningConnector:returnResponse() Unable to find a Routing corresponding to the incoming request message."


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to PIA.
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools -> Kibana to replicate the issue.
