4. On the NUI_FRAMEWORK (Personalization) Menu click "Edit Components"

5. On the PTNUI_NAVBAR Component click edit

6. On the Page Permissions Remove "Personalization", "Add Tile" or other options as you see fit.

5 EP_COSP_NONAVBAR

6 PTPT1600

7 PTPT1400

The aforementioned steps however did not fully resolve the matter as clicking on the settings on the NavBar it gives a '+' sign that is not desired.  It is desired to remove visibility of the "+" (plus sign) from the userbase even though privileges to add a tile have already been revoked along with the ability to Personalize the Navbar including tiles, so how can this be accomplished?
