Is there row level security that can be used to limit which groups of employees can be printed by Payroll Clerk?

Some customers separate who can view certain employees but would like them to be able to generate a Print Advice Form or a Print Pay Cheque (Check) when requested for one from an employee.

This is relating to the use of the following processes to generate this pay advice or pay cheque/pay check.

Canada

Payroll for NA>Payroll Processing CAN>Create Direct Deposits>Print Advice Forms (DDP003CN)
Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing CAN > Produce Cheques > Print Pay Cheques (PAY003CN)

USA

Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Checks > Print Pay Checks (PAY003)
