Student Advisor Assignment Not Working With Query Or External File (Doc ID 2915989.1)

Symptoms

Student Advisor Assignment is not working when using a query to assign advisors. When selecting the Get Students pushbutton, it displays advisees but with an error status.

  1. Home > Records and Enrollment > Student Background Information > Student Advisor Assignment
  2. Enter Institution, Career, Assignment Code
  3. Add Description
  4. Select Students by: File
  5. Upload file
  6. Select Advisor tab; select Get Advisors button
  7. Select Student tab; select Get Students button
  8. Status = 'Error' on Student Details grid.
