E-FTP: Fluid File Attachment,the Upload Button Becomes Available Even Before File is Available for Selection and Clicking the Upload Button Shows the Error: "AddAttachment failed: No File Name Specified" (Doc ID 2916016.1)

In Fluid File Attachment , the upload button becomes available even before file is available for selection. On clicking the upload button shows below error. User can add attachment successfully if you do the process slowly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Login to PIA

2) Navigate to Employee Self Service > Personal details > Name > Add attachment

3) Select file from a PC > Upload button display before file name > Click Upload

4) Done... Getting the error message.
