Goal
Will a field be added in PeopleSoft 9.2 asset management to hold the FAIN number?
Documentation is available on setting up the FAIN (Federal Award Identification number) in Purchasing. Does the current functionality allow FAIN number field information to be moved to Asset Management?
There are some converted assets that are tied to FAIN numbers that aren't in our Grants Module. If these assets were to be loaded along with the FAIN numbers into asset management, what is the field in AM that holds the FAIN Number? The plan is to set up the FAIN number as an Asset Management Supplemental Data field to hold FAIN numbers but the need is to review if there is already a delivered field that includes FAIN Number.
