Symptoms

Compile Project Directive Peoplecode from command line does not compile the Peoplecode when the corresponding Application Package is not in the Project.

Replication steps:

Notes:
Using a project named BUG33408468 for the replication.
Project BUG33408468 has:

    Application Package Definition: EO_COMMON_PT
    Application Package PeopleCodes:

            EOEN_ALERTS:BatchEmail OnExecute
            EOEN_ALERTS:CustomEmail OnExecute

            EOEN_MVC:EOEN_MODEL:CustomActions:SendSingleEmailExample
            EOEN_MVC:EOEN_MODEL:EOEN_MsgProcessing
            EOEN_MVC:EOEN_MODEL:EOEN_NotificationOverrides
            EOEN_MVC:EOEN_MODEL:EOEN_PostProcessingUserExit
            EOEN_MVC:EOEN_MODEL:EoenNotifyByEmail
            EOEN_MVC:EOEN_MODEL:EoenNotifyByPush

            EO_COMMON_PT:PTNotification
            
            
1- Refresh the environment.
2- Before copying the project, run SYSAUDIT. The report should be clean. No Uncompiled Directive PeopleCode should be in the report.
3- Copy the project from file, through the command line, in the target DB. Command example:
