HCM: After Applying Upgrade Package from PUM Image, Drop Zone Configurations were Removed. (Doc ID 2916602.1)

Drop Zone configurations removed after applying an upgrade package from PUM 37 to PUM #42 to environment.

For example: Drop Zones are configured on the Health and Safety Immunizations component for pages. After updating application from PUM 37 to 42,  the Drop Zone configurations were removed. 
 



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After applying upgrade package to environment, log in as an Administrator.

2. Navigate to: PeopleTools > Portal > Configure Drop Zones and {search/select component with updated Drop Zones configurations}

3. Notice that the Drop Zone configurations have been removed from Health and Safety Immunization component.
