'==>MESSAGE NOT FOUND==>' Displays Multiple Times Referencing Message Set 14404, on Maintain Application 2023-2024 and 'Maintain View 2023-2024 IM EFC Detail' Pages (Doc ID 2916606.1)

Symptoms

When navigating to Maintain Application 2023-2024 and Maintain View 2023-2024 IM EFC Detail, the pages display many instances of '==>MESSAGE NOT FOUND==>', followed by a reference to message set 14404, and the individual message.

For example, on the IM EFC detail page, the first such complete message displays as '==>MESSAGE NOT FOUND==> (14404,820)', followed by similar instances for messages 150-154, 821, and 155-159. On Maintain Application 2023-2024, the missing messages are 972 and 973.

These incorrect messages are displaying in place of the actual expected and meaningful message text, corresponding to each entry in the message catalog.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Go to Main Menu > Financial Aid > Institutional Application Data > Maintain Application 2023-2024 for any student.
  2. Note the two "message not found" references on the page.
  3. Navigate to Go to Main Menu > Financial Aid > Institutional Application Data > Maintain View 2023-2024 IM EFC Detail.
  4. Note the 12 "message not found" references on the page.
