Symptoms
From the Pending Approvals page, going to the "All" tab, and then back to "Pending" causes the Pending approval rows to disappear.
Steps to Replicate:
1. Select Approvals tile to get the pending approval rows and select REPORTED time row.
2. Click 'All' tab button, the select checkbox is disabled even though pending line is there.
3. Click Pending, the pending rows disappear.
4. This is working fine for pending payable time.
