HCM: Delegation Roles are Not Added to Proxy When Approving Delegation Request from the Approval Tile. (Doc ID 2917198.1)

Symptoms


Delegation roles are not added to Proxy's User Profile when approving Delegation Request from fluid Manager Self Service, Approval Tile.

However, if the Proxy accepts delegation request from fluid Employee Self Service > Delegation tile > My Delegated Authorities tile. click on submitted tab and select the delegation transaction and click Accept, Delegation roles are assigned to the Proxy.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Log in as an Employee (Delegator)
2. Create a Delegation Request from employee (Delegator) to another employee (Proxy)
3. Log in as a Proxy 
4. Navigate to fluid Manager Self Service > Approval tile and click Approve button>
5. Review Employee Roles and notice Delegation roles are not added.
  Navigation: Peopletools > Security > User Profile > User Profile > {search/select User ID for Proxy)
