In PeopleBooks it was mentioned that the AP_PYMNT and AP_VCHR Archive Templates have separate Pre and Post Processing Application Engine Programs for Archive Selection as follows:

For AP_PYMNT, you use AP_PYA_PRE as the Pre-Processing Application Engine, and AP_PYA_POST as the Post Processing Application Engine.

For AP_VCHR, you use AP_VCH_PRE as the Pre-Processing Application Engine, and AP_VCHA_POST as the Post Processing Application Engine.

What are the steps and the navigations to run the Pre and Post archival process for both AP_PYMNT and AP_VCHR Archive Templates?
