Symptoms

Voucher was submitted for approval. It was routed to two approvers and both received emails. The first approver clicked the link and was able to approve the voucher. After the voucher is approved, the second approver also tried to approve the voucher by clicking the link in the email and received the following error, "An error occurred while attempting to display the selected transaction. Please contact administrator.". We are receiving many complaints from users because of this issue.

STEPS

1. Create a voucher and submit for approval

2. Two approvers appear in the list

3. One approver clicks the URL in the email and approves the voucher

4. The second approver later clicks the URL in the email and receives the error
