Symptoms


Users can no longer lookup Academic Plan by Description on the Student Program/Plan table


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Records and Enrollment -> Career and Program Information ->Student Program/Plan -> Plan Tab
2. Use the drop down to lookup a value for plan
3. Note the Description Field is no longer available, only the code field
