eSupplier Request for Information does not Trigger Email to Approver when re-Submitted into Registration (Doc ID 2918469.1)

Symptoms

When a supplier registers through eSupplier, the approver has an option to send the registration back as a Request for Information. When the supplier goes back into the registration, updates information and submits again the system does not trigger an email to notify the approver that the registration needs approval. After supplier provide the requested information, the approver should receive a new email notification.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Issue invitation to register through eSupplier
Navigation: Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Manage Invitations
Add invitation line, select the line and click "Save and Send"
2. Register through eSupplier
Follow link provided in the invitation email and enter the access code to begin.
Answer all required questions on all train stops and Submit the registration.
3. As an approver, Request More Information from the supplier
Navigation: Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Manage Request Approval
Request Type = Register New Suppliers, SetID = 250, Status = Pending Approval
Find the registration and select it to view approval options.
Click "Request More Information", select a Reason Code and click "OK" to send the registration back to the supplier to correct a discrepancy or add more information.
4. As a supplier, go back into the registration to correct/update the requested information
Follow the link provided in the Request More Information email.
Select "Continue from where you left" enter your Registration ID (provided in the email) and the Tax ID the initial registration.
Go through the registration and update the requested information, when complete click "Submit" on the Submit train stop.
At this point, the registration goes back to the approver as Pending but no email is triggered to alert the approver that the registration needs approval.
